摘要: 六堡茶是我国广西壮族自治区的一类特色黑茶产品,产销历史悠久,具有独特的风味品质特征和保健功效,近年来引起了人们的广泛关注。主要综述了近20年以来六堡茶的化学成分及其生物活性等方面的研究进展,并初步探讨分析了六堡茶未来可能的主要研究方向等。
