摘要: 高氯酸盐是茶叶中的一种新型污染物,对茶叶产品质量安全、人体健康和对外贸易构成了潜在风险,已引起了国内外越来越多的关注。本文综述了茶叶中高氯酸盐的来源及污染现状,介绍了茶叶中高氯酸盐的分析技术,以期为开展高氯酸盐环境化学行为、农产品质量安全、人体健康风险及其相关安全标准等方面的研制提供借鉴。
