摘要: 阿尔茨海默病作为一种神经退行性疾病,因与认知功能相关的神经元异常而导致记忆衰退,甚至影响自主行动和吞咽。茶多酚能够有效防治阿尔茨海默病,其机制主要包括阻碍异常蛋白积累、抗氧化、影响神经递质水平、调节细胞信号转导通路及抗炎等。本文就近年来茶多酚对阿尔茨海默病的防治功能与机理方面的研究进行综述。
