茶多酚的化学发光

Abstract

Abstract: The chemiluminescence of tea polyphenols was investigated under different concentrations, different pH value , and in the presence of different metal ions(Cu²⁺、Zn²⁺ or Fe²⁺) .Results showed that concentrations of tea polyphenols could not obviously affect their chemiluminescence intensity and the higher the pH value,the more the chemiluminescence intensity of tea polyphenols was; Cu²⁺ suppressed the photoactivities of tea polyphenols,but Fe²⁺ promoted it,and Zn²⁺ had no effects on their chemiluminescence。
